Savills acted as Contract Administrator and appointed Whitbuild on behalf of the employer to carry
out refurbishment works on a Grade II Listed Building in Hereford, which included substantial asbestos removal. Whitbuild had to work to a very tight programme, in a difficult site, which included employees and residential tenants being present in close proximity. Whitbuild acted with great care, providing a good level of professional service and quality workmanship. Whitbuild completed the work within the tight programme and on budget, and delivered on all of their assurances.
